Weight Loss Success Story From Jammie

“I have finally found a diet that I could live with!

When I started I have to admit I was thinking “Here goes another 30-some dollars” - - but this time it was worth it!

Yesterday was Day 31. My weight loss was not an astounding number, but it was a sufficient beginning for me. I lost 9 pounds and 11.75 inches.

I had a little setback at the beginning of week three with a stomach virus, so for about three days I was off the plan, but picked back up as soon as I felt “normal” again. That week I held steady with no gain or loss (which I was happy with).

The new clothes I just received for Christmas are already a size too big. Another 5 pounds and they’ll have to go!

This diet was great. My husband was even able to eat the dinner meals with me and enjoy them. I didn’t have to fix two separate meals.

I love the fact that you told me exactly how much to eat and what to eat. I don’t want to have to choose a vegetable, a protien, and a carb. After all, chocolate comes from a plant and that makes it a vegetable, right??? ;)

My physical activity is not up to 45 minutes a day, but I’m improving. I’ve been so inactive for so long, I’m only taking baby steps. I still have a ways to go, but I am very pleased with my start. Thanks again for such a wonderful plan.”
