Walk The Dog And Lose Weight
A new study by the University of Missouri-Columbia proved that walking the dog helps people lose weight. People in the study group who walked the dog 20 minutes per day 5 days per week for 50 weeks lost on average 14 lbs.
These people did not have the dogs before the study. The dogs were loaned to the study participants by the The Pet Assisted Love and Support (PALS) Program
Now, that’s an interesting way to force yourself to go walking
