Salads Can Make You Fat Too!

People think of salads as the ultimate diet food. Sure, salad is good for your health - the greens have lots of vitamins.

But does it make you lose weight? Not if it’s swimming in a fatty salad dressing!

When you go to a restaurant, ask for your dressing on the side to control how much goes in your salad.
