Plan Your Workouts
If you’ve chosen to exercise to lose weight, I recommend keeping a daily planner where you write down the dates and times when you are going to work out.
Putting your workouts on definite dates and times in your calendar will increase the likelihood that you are actually going to do them. Unless things are planned exactly when, where and how they will happen, they are just pipe dreams
Without a plan, it’s too easy to procrastinate, avoid and postpone. When you write things down, you make a commitment to yourself for the time period that you’ve chosen.
