Weight Loss Success Story From Jacque
“Melanie,I have just completed the 30 day weight loss program. It was a great experience. The very day that I found your diet, I had prayed to God for help to loose weight. In 30 days, I’ve lost 20lbs. I started out at 250, now I weigh 230. I was wearing a 24/22w, now I can wear size 20w. I’m looking forward to wearing a size 14 in regular clothes. What a blessing!
I needed a jump start to weight loss. I realized 25 lbs in 30 days would be short lived but it was a great experience. Every time I told someone about what I was doing, their first response was “that’s not healthy”, all the time admitting that they too needed to start loosing too. The food choices are excellent. I was never hungry. The food is satisfying. My cravings went away and now before I eat foods I think about healthy choices in place of junk choices.”

Cholesterol - Good or Bad
Most adults have at least heard about cholesterol and by
now, most of us know at least a little about how bad
cholesterol is not good for us. We first need to know what
it is and how the good and bad cholesterol affects us and
what we can do to get more good cholesterol into us and
more bad cholesterol out of us.

Weight Loss Success Story From Darlene
“Hi Melanie,
I would just like to say that this is the best diet I have ever been on and I have tried plenty! Even when I slipped up and cheated a bit I still lost weight.
I wanted to lose up to 15 pounds and like I said even with a few slip ups I am now at 12 pounds and it has been not quite 4 weeks. I am going to continue until the 15 is off.
The meals were so easy and it was nice to have the food plan for the week so you weren’t coming home trying to figure out what you could make to eat, it was all planned for you.
Thank you so much, this plan has made it so easy to lose weight. Please feel free to use this on your web site.”

How To Stop Binge Eating
I am still in shock. After reading Kristin’s story, I knew right away that this information can help so many people.
Yes, even you.
Instead of me telling you her story, I’ll let Kristin tell
it to you.
Either you can go to Kristin’s website
Or you can read her story below…
Does any of this sound familiar to you? As soon as the clock struck noon, I was already out the door and headed to my car. It had been another bad day at work and I struggled to fight
back the tears as I started my car.I pulled out of the parking garage and headed towards the only place I knew that would ease my pain: a fast food place.
I pulled up to the drive-thru and placed my order holding a piece of paper in my hands, just in case there was anyone watching. I mean, after all, I wouldn’t want anyone to think that I was ordering all of this food for just myself.
After I placed my order, I drove up to the window to pay. As the woman handed me the bags, I pretended to check off the items on the fake list I had created just moments before. After I paid, I drove to the far end of the parking lot where no other cars parked, and I began to eat. Before I realized it, I had consumed all four meals.
I used to be someone that knew all of the empty and secluded parking lots to sit and eat so that no one could see how much food I was actually consuming.
I used to be someone that ordered many different things from different fast food places, while pretending to be on my cell phone placing orders for other people, besides myself.
I used to be someone that had a binge eating disorder.
But now, all of that is behind me. Now I’m a whole new person not controlled by food any more. It’s amazing… and I want you to have this new freedom as well.
What about you? Would you like me to show you the way out of the prison that food has created for so many
of us?I promise, there is a way out. There is a way to
overcome Binge Eating Disorder and it all starts here:I believe in you,
Kristin

Calories In Pizza
Average number of calories in a 12-inch pizza:
Cheese Pizza: 1121 calories, 25.65 grams of fat
Pizza with cheese, meat (sausage), and vegetables: 1470 calories, 42 grams of fat
Pepperoni pizza: 1445 calories, 55 grams of fat
When cutting a 12-inch pizza into slices, figure out how many calories per slice by dividing the total calories in a pizza by the number of slices.

Chewing Gum Burns Calories
According to a research study done by Mayo Clinic, you can burn calories by chewing gum
Chewing sugarless gum at 100 chews per minute burns an extra 11 calories per hour. That’s not that much, but if you like to chew gum anyway, why not use this freebie calorie burner
If you chew sugarless gum 2 hours per day, every single day of the year, you will burn a total of 8032 extra calories per year. This translates into a weight loss of 2.3 lbs - just by chewing gum!

Weight Loss Tax Deduction
According to KPHO Phoenix News, the IRS now considers obesity a disease, so there is a weight loss tax deduction. If you had to lose weight according to a recommendation from your doctor, you might be able to deduct the costs associated with losing weight on this year’s tax return. The deductible costs are doctor’s visits, weight loss program costs, membership fees, therapy - everything but food.
Not only those who are extremely obese qualify. If your doctor recommended dropping pounds to reduce high blood pressure or for other health reasons, you might be eligible too.
You would need all the receipts and doctor’s documentation in order to take the deduction.
Not everyone can deduct medical expenses from their taxes - it all depends on your particular type of tax return. You’ll need to check with your accountant. But don’t forget to mention the weight loss deduction to your accountant so he or she can check if you are eligible.
Best regards,
Melanie Mendelson
