The longer you eat healthy, the easier it becomes. After a while, you will start making healthy choices automatically, without even thinking about it.
Also, many people find that when they start eating more fresh foods made from scratch, their palate evolves to dislike processed foods. Laura Moncur from Startling Fitness blog describes how it happened to her in great detail. In particular, how she started hating packaged frozen dinners, and I absolutely second that. There is something about frozen dinners that just makes me cringe… they all taste the same to me! They all have that “packaged frozen food” taste, whatever it is. I can’t believe that years ago I used to eat them every day for lunch!
