Fruits Can Make You Fat
Fruits are full of vitamins which makes them very good for your health. We are so used to hearing that fruits are good for you, that most of us automatically think of fruits as a “diet food”.
However, fruits are not “all you can eat” food for dieters. Going overboard on fruits can make you gain weight.
For example, a medium apple has 80 calories. 5 apples contain 400 total calories, which is an equivalent of McDonald’s small cheeseburger.
