You are much more likely to stay motivated and succeed with your weight loss if you have support. If you have any friends who would also like to lose weight, team up to do it together.

You can support each other on the diet, reminding to make healthy food choices. You can support each other through difficult times when one of you feels like quitting. You can even go to the gym together if you live close enough - this way you won’t skip exercising!

If you don’t have any local friends who can do it with you, you can turn to the Internet to find “weight loss buddies”. It’s much easier to do it with a friend than alone.
