Weight Loss Success Story From Doris

Here’s the weight loss success story that I got a few days ago from Doris:

“Melanie,

Thank you, thank you, thank you. I have lost 17 lbs and 14 inches in 30 days!

Thank you for this very do-able diet. I had 2 special-occasion dinners off the diet. Had they not occurred, I know that I would have probably lost 20 lbs.

The weekly shopping list and menu plans are the major tools making this one of the easiest diets I have ever followed–and I have followed a great number over the past 30 years. I particularly enjoyed the fact that there were leftovers.

Similarly I would like to give you another thank you for helping and motivating me in getting what I wanted…. yes !!! healthy weight and good health. Today I am very happy for what I have got. Everyone asks me how I lost those unwanted pounds, I just say to them to eat well balanced food.

It’s great that when I am able to put on all those nice dresses, I look great. It took about 2 years to get what I had desired. I have realized all it takes to lose weight is the planning and the desire to achieve it.

Here’s a weight loss success story that I recently received:

“In August, I was shopping with my wife for new clothes and I realized that I could no longer fit into the 38 pants that I normally wear. I knew that I had to do something.

I love receiving weight loss success stories from people! Here’s one I got yesterday:

“Congratulations, Melanie! And thank you for still remembering and including me in your mailing list. I appreciate it very much.

Much has happened too since I stopped receiving your e-letters. When I used to get your newsletters I was not into losing weight yet. I just read them and put them away at the back of my mind.

However, January 1 2005 I started my own weight loss program. I was determined, and motivated. I re-read most of your e-mails and read anything I can find in the library about weight loss and fitness.

Now, after 10 months I have lost a total of 45 lbs and 7 inches around my waist! I still have parts of me I want to tone and I still want to lose a few more lbs but then, having gone this far is victory already.

Here’s a weight loss success story I received from my namesake Melanie :)

“I started the diet last month and I lost 18 lbs and dropped 2 sizes to a size 14 by the end of the four weeks.

Before I started the diet I was 184 lbs and in a size 16, so you could imagine how carrying all that weight could make you feel tired all the time.

The plan was very simple to follow as long as you had the committment to see it through to the end without cheating. I found the recipes on this diet very easy to follow and took almost no time at all to prepare.

I liked very much how the diet was laid out, very simple, with no hassles, that anyone could do it as long as they had the committment and dedication to complete it.
