Are You “Skinny-Fat”?
Many people are not technically overweight, but have have lots of flabby areas, for example stomach, thighs, arms, etc. That’s called “skinny-fat”
Basically, those people are just out of shape. If you are skinny-fat, you know exactly what I mean.
The solution? 2 things:
1) Exercise to tone those flabby areas
2) Lose a little bit more weight to get rid of the fat that covers them
