My husband and I just finished the 30 day foolproof diet. It is wonderful!!!!

I started out at 167 my weight after 30 days was 150!!!! My husband started out at 297, his weight after 30 days was 270!!

I recommend anyone to try this! Just stick to it and the pounds will fall off.

The food is great and the plan is easy to follow. Thank you so much. We are living a healthier lifestyle.
