“Just a little over a month ago I went on your plan. I started at 286 pounds and on the 30 th day I was at 262 pounds - I lost a total of 24 lbs!

I do have to admit I didn’t do the exercise due to a injury that I have had most of my life which makes it hard to do any exercise .

I am a person who has a hard time with eating vegetable but on this this wasn’t that bad. I quite enjoyed going shopping and knowing what I was going to eat for the week.

The food was easy to prepare - it didn’t take any time to make. It was all around a good diet to be on.”
