Do You Choose To Lose Weight?

Filed under: Weight Loss Motivation — @ 7:46 am on February 6, 2006

Life is all about choices.

What do you want more: to eat lots of fatty foods or to be skinny?

If you love the food more than the idea of being slim, you have already made your choice.

In order to be successful in losing weight, you must choose your body over the food. Deep inside, you have to realize that you ARE in fact willing to compromise on the food front.

You can’t have it all. Something’s gotta go. Either eating too much food, or your figure. You chose.

If you do chose to lose weight, Foolproof 30 Day Diet is a sure roadmap to getting to your goal weight as fast as possible. Click Here

It Takes 21 Days To Make (Or Break) A Habit

Filed under: Weight Loss Motivation — @ 10:45 am on February 3, 2006

Many people are initially very eager to start eating healthy and exercising, but their eagerness evaporates after a few days and they sink back into their old ways. Any time you are making changes, remember that it takes a while to get used to them.

The old saying “It Takes 21 Days To Make A Habit” is true. I don’t think there is anything magical about the number “21″, but it does really take about 3 weeks for the new habit to become part of your life.

When you incorporate a new good habit (for example, exercising), or break the old bad habit (for example, drinking soda), you’ve got to stick with this change for at least 3 weeks. After you do that, the new routine will become second nature. You just have to give it enough time to set in.

To Your Success,
